Unpacking the Insurrection
Wow! What an amazing event! Pete Rollins’ “Insurrection Pub Tour” descended on Manuel’s Tavern (and a few other locations in Marietta!) and it left a permanent mark on those who experienced it. For those that had to miss it, we should have an audio recording soon to share. I think one of the surprises was the haunting poetry and songs of Pádraig Ô Tuama. Along with Jonny McEwen, we were able to get a glimpse of what the Ikon community in Belfast is about.
